Nasiol ZR53 is a nano ceramic coating for paint, lights, black plastics and trim surfaces. ZR53 offers 10H scratch resistance and high chemical resistance, protecting against bird droppings, acid rain, UV irradiation and detergents for up to 3 years! ZR53 is the ultimate nano ceramic coating with an unmatched crystal gloss and hydrophobic effect that is applied with just a a single layer! ZR53 has been developed for both DIYer's and professionals and is easy to work with!

How to apply Nasiol ZR53:

1. Wash, decontaminate and thoroughly polish your car to the desired level.
2. Prepare the surface using Nasiol Clean to remove any remaining polishing oils to improve the bonding performance of ZR53.
3. Wrap an included suede cloth around the applicator block and pour the necessary amount onto the suede cloth.
4. Apply ZR53 in a crosshatch pattern.
5. Once beading occurs (this takes approximately 30 seconds) gently wipe the surface using the included Nasiol Microfiber cloth in a straight line motion. 
6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 around the entire car.
7. Keep coated surfaces away from direct sunlight, contaminants and water for 24 hours after application. Wait 48 hours before washing.

Application tips: 

• Application to a mid-size car takes 60-90 minutes.
• Ensure temperature and relative humidity (RH) are 41 F - 86 F / 50% RH)
• If the ambient temperature or relative humidity are higher than suggested, the product may cure faster than expected.
• Change your sued cloth every 3 - 4 panels.
• 4 -5 ml is enough for one 3 ft. x 3 ft. section.
