(Tar, Adhessive & Rubber) Remover. Optimum T.A.R. is an environmentally friendly cleaner based on soy and other natural extracts. T.A.R. does not contain any petroleum distillates. It quickly and efficiently removes tar, adhesive and rubber contaminants from all automotive surfaces including paint, chrome, plastic and glass.

How to use Optimum T.A.R.:

1. Spray T.A.R. directly onto the contaminated surface(s).
2. Allow to dwell 1-2 minutes. Agitation may be necessary for heavier deposits.
3. Rinse with a pressure washer or use a microfiber towel dampened with Optimum No Rinse (ONR).
4. In some cases a longer dwell time or second application may be necessary.
