Optimum Paint Prep is an excellent clean for removing polish or old wax before applying any coating or wax. Optimum's unique combination of mild solvents dissolves and removes all the contaminants and leaves the paint squeaky clean and ready for final protection.

Optimum Paint Prep does not contain any oils or surfactants and leaves no residue behind. You can use for cleaning all interior or exterior surfaces whenever a clean surface is needed. It also makes a great inspection tool. After polishing, wipe down the vehicle with Paint Prep to remove any lingering polishing oils or fillers. Completing this step will ensure you have a flawless finish when you polishing is completed.

To use, you simply spray Optimum Paint Prep onto the surface to be cleaned and wipe off with a clean, dry microfiber towel until there is no residue left. The paint will feel squeaky clean after you complete this step. If the paint is not squeaky, repeat the process.

Review: IMO the Opt Paint Prep is the best product for using prior to coating... it is a very strong dissolver of oils and grease, but beats out other products in that it has sufficient lubrication while wiping and removing to actually come off without inducing marring. Affordable and dependable product!
