Meguiar's M122 Surface Prep is a versatile tool used throughout the paint correction process, as well as before applying coatings or touch-up paint. This unique formula allows for efficient and true results, without unnecessary risk of swelling or staining paint.

How to use Meguiar's M122 Surface Prep:

• Paint Correction: Prior to paint correction, mist M122 Surface Prep onto one panel at a time, allow to dwell for up to 2 minutes, then wipe panel clean with microfiber towel. This will reduce pad clogging from existing contamination or wax. While performing paint correction, simply mist and wipe to remove compound or polish residue without marring. Inspect paint with a proper inspection light, such as the Meguiar's MT103 Sunlight 3+ before proceeding.
• Coating or Touch-Up Paint: Before applying any coating or touch-up paint, spray M122 Surface Prep onto a cool surface and use a clean microfiber towel to wipe away remaining residue, turning to dry side of towel for final wipe. Be sure to wipe adjacent areas to ensure no undesired transfer occurs. Repeat mist and wipe process a second time to ensure removal of contaminants.
• Always apply in the shade on a cool surface. (Not for heavily soiled finishes).
