There are different type of contamination on cars. In general, this contamination can be defined as everything the we cannot remove with our normal wash process. While these contaminants may not be visible to the naked eye, they are present on rims, paintwork and even on the windows of the car. 

Maniac Line Iron Remover was created to remove iron oxide contamination such as brake dust and ferrous particles created by friction of railway or tram tracks and industrial, roadside or construction pollution. Ferrous contaminants can present themselves in various ways.

On wheels, ferrous contamination is easily identifiable; such as dirt and black or dark brown dots that remain between the spokes and in the rim channel after cleaning. On paintwork, the color of the car will appear dull and in the case of white cars, you will notice small dark brown/orange dots even after washing. 

Even if you cannot see any contamination, gently wipe your hand across the surfaces. If you can easily perceive a rough surface to the touch; it is contamination!

Iron Remover's innovative formula is characterized by a particular marker that reacts with ferrous contamination. While it acts, it turns a purplish color that melts away ferrous particles and at the same time deeply degreases the treated surface. The characteristic sulfur smell is present, however it is more pleasant than most.

Instructions for use:

• On Wheels:
  1. Recommended to be used 1 time every 3 washes, diluted 1:1.
  2. Spray diluted Iron Remover directly onto the wheel, from the bottom up, and allow to dwell for 3-4 minutes without letting the surface dry.
  3. If necessary, agitate stubborn spots with a brush.
  4. Rinse with a strong jet of water.
• On Paintwork:
  1. Wash and dry the car.
  2. Always use in the shade and never on a hot surface.
  3. Spray Iron Remover pure onto the paintwork.
  4. Allow product to dwell for 5-10 minutes without letting the surface dry.
  5. Thoroughly rinse with an abundant jet of water.

After use, surfaces will be smooth to the touch and will appear brighter and more vividly colored. Decontamination is an essential process if you want your protective layer to have great durability as it promotes bonding to your paintwork.

Note: The product has a neutral pH and due to its characteristic odor, we recommend using it in an open and well-ventilated area. The product only works on ferrous or containing ion materials: avoid dispensing on brake calipers if they are not painted.
