The System 4000 Pad Washer with Pure Flo Technology is a self-contained cleaning system featuring a user controlled pump and a removable catch basin that separates clean and dirty water, guaranteeing contaminants don't go back into the pad. It is easy and effective to use for most types of pads and polishers. 

It works with random orbital, dual action and rotary polishers. It is the only pad washer designed for use with all three types of machines. You can clean all sizes of pads, 3" up to 9", and all types of pads, wool, foam and microfiber. It's redesigned wash plate effectively cleans your pads without damaging them. 

The environmentally friendly water-saving unit is perfect for applications where cleaner pads with less contamination are essential. It uses only 1.6 gallons of water, 50% less than other pad washers and weighs less than 20 pounds when filled.

The System 4000 Pad Wash can be used during or after your polishing process. If you are using it during your polishing process you want to clean the pads with just water to prevent any chemicals from being introduced into your pad. If you are using it at the end of your polishing process, mix in 1 packed of Snappy Clean with your 1.6 gallons of water.

Another great aspect of the System 4000 Pad Washer is how the user can control the setup due to its removable catch basin. The user can leave the catch basin in and capture all contaminated water or remove the catch basin to recycle the water.
  1. Captured - the catch basin stays in the pad washer and retains the dirty solution. This separates the dirty water from your clean water, guaranteeing contaminants don't go back into your pad.
  2. Recycles - remove the catch basin and use full pail until cleaning solution needs to be replaced. This is ideal in volume shops and when contaminants don't matter.
How to use the Lake Country System 4000 Pad Washer:
  • Fill the pail with 1.6 gallons of water.
  • Add one packet of Lake Country's Snappy Clean Boost powder and mix if you are using it at the end of your polishing process. Skip this step and use water only if you are using it during your polishing process.
  • Place your polisher on the wash plate and prime the pump by pressing down on the wash plate until water has been introduced to your pad.
  • Set your polisher to the lowest speed setting.
  • Turn polisher on and oscillate over the wash plate until entirely clean. Pump more water onto the pad as necessary.
  • Once pad is clean, slightly lift your polisher off the wash plate and turn up the speed to to quickly dry the pad and remove any excess water.
