Jescar Medium Polish is an easy to use; low dusting polish that removes medium defects such as heavy swirls and scratches as well as compounding haze. Sanding marks from P2500 grit sandpaper can be removed effortlessly. Depending your paint type and pad, you can use Jescar Medium Polish as a one-step, or it can be used as a follow up product to your more aggressive compounding step. Using Jescar Medium Polish will leave you paint with a stunning high gloss finish. It is silicone free and has a long working time that wipes away with ease.

How to use Jescar Medium Polish:

When using a DA Polisher - Apply 3-4 dime sized drops onto your pad, place the machine on the surface at a low speed (2-3) and quickly spread it around in your working area (2 ft. x 2 ft.). Turn the dial up to speed 4 or 5 and work the product in with 2 passes of each up and down and left to right (45-60 seconds) using moderate pressure (15 lbs.). Wipe away with a clean microfiber towel to inspect your results.

When using a Rotary Polish - Apply 3-4 dimes sized drops onto your pad, place the machine on the surface at a low speed (800 RPM) and quickly spread it around your working area (2 ft. x 2 ft.). Turn the speed up to 1200-1400 RPM and work the product in with 2 passes of each up and down and left to right (45-60 seconds). 

Recommended Pads to use with Jescar Medium Polish:

Lake Country HDO Orange - Use this pad for your more aggressive one-step correction work, or on harder paints. Available sizes: 3.5 inch, 5.5 inch and 6.5 inch.

Lake Country HDO Black - Use this pad for your less aggressive one-step correction work, or on softer paints. This pad can also be used as a follow up after your compounding step. Available sizes: 3.5 inch, 5.5 inch and 6.5 inch.

Autoality Pro Tips for Machine Polishing:
  1. Use multiple pads and keep them clean! Trying to get too much out of one pad will lead to inconsistent results. Clean the pad with compressed air and a pad brush every few sections. Using too much product or having a "clogged" pad will result in poor results and possibly dust.
  2. Slow and steady arm movements! Fast does not mean better. Keeping your pad flat to the surface with the right amount of pressure will yield the best results.
  3. Choose the correct machine speed! The ranges listed above should be adjusted based on the ambient air temperature. On warmer days, use the slower speeds as the paint and product start at a higher temperature. On cooler days, use the higher speeds to get the surface and product up to optimal polishing temperatures.
  4. Always remember to inspect your work after each panel to ensure your finish is consistent throughout the entire vehicle.
