Flex's new XFE 7-15 150 polisher is a smooth, free spinning large stroke polisher. After correcting with a rotary or forced rotation polisher, the Flex XFE 7-15 150 is the perfect polisher for hologram free finishing and removal of existing holograms. It's large, 15 mm, orbit (stroke) allows the XFE to better correct and finish paint when compared to smaller 8 mm orbit polishers.

The XFE features VR Microprocessor Control. With tachogenerator constant speed control, soft start, continuous speed control trigger, restart protection after power failure, overload protection, temperature monitoring and speed selection, this is one seriously engineered polisher. 

It also has the optimized air ducting like the Flex 14-2. The optimized emissions on this machine will cool the motor and the gear, allowing your machine to last longer and improve user comfort. The optimized air ducting will also prevent any annoying exhaust air for the user.

The continuous speed control trigger offers a gentle start and a lock-on button for continuous operation. The variable 6 speed settings allow for an orbital range of 2900 - 8600 OPM (Orbits per Minute).

The XFE also offers Flex's SoftGrip, ergonomically shaped grip hood. This allows you to control the machine with precision and is always comfortable yet secure to hold. The included backing plate is 5.75" and is ideal to use any pads that have a 6" hook and loop backing.

When considering what pads to use with your Flex XFE 15-7, you will want to choose pads which have a center cooling chamber to allow excess heat to escape. This is because additional heat is built up from the larger orbit of the pad. Without the center cooling chamber on your pad, the face of the pad will prematurely collapse in the center due to that additional heat buildup.
