The Orange SDO CCS Polishing Pad is perfect for polishing and finishing on almost all paints. It is a great one-step pad that can be used for light compounding as well as polishing, leaving a flawless finish.

Lake Country Standard Duty Orbital (SDO) CCS pads have been designed to offer the same great engineered foams as the HDO CCS line without the dual layered construction. They are suitable for use on all dual action polishers: free-spinning, forced rotation, long throw and mini long throw.


The addition of Lake Country's CCS technology to their line of SDO Pads allow them to run even smoother and cooler on your long-throw dual action polisher. The strategic pattern of closed cell pockets slows the rate of polish absorption into the pad. This reduces surface tension, which prevents pad skipping and allows you to run the pad flat and cool on the working surface.


The 5.5 Inch SDO CCS foam pads have a unique tapered edge that prevents pad rolling and allows for great pad rotation. Their center ventilated hole dissipates heat allowing for longer pad durability and consistent results.


SDO CCS pads come in three different sizes (3.5", 5.5" and 6.5") with three different levels of aggressiveness:

  • Blue - Medium to light cutting
  • Orange - Polishing, a great one-step pad
  • Black - Finish polishing on black, dark or soft paints
